Charity Fashion Event 19th June Tunbridge Wells
Ladies, have you spent the weekend washing your clothes, folding them up, putting them away and then thinking – “I simply have nothing to wear”? It might be time that you need a wardrobe refresh and I have just the event for you!
Raid your wardrobe, find those pieces that you’ve loved but no longer lust after. Your trash (read previously coveted, now done with) could be somebody else’s treasure. So come along to the event and join in with the Swish. Swishing is the art of clothes swapping basically. Bring along up to four pieces from your wardrobe that are clean and in good condition – we’ll display them for you. Then at 9pm the Swish will begin when you can browse the entire collection created from the guests wardrobes and pick up to four pieces to take home with you – absolutely free!
Your ticket only costs £6 which you must buy here, with proceeds going to the Women for Women Charity cause, there is a raffle where you can win fabulous prizes – plus style talks from Lynne Meek of Styling Matters, Nail colour trends for summer from Mavala, Summer makeup from Viktoria Kohl and you can get your hair put up in a fab do for summer by our hair stylist. Plus you can shop from great stalls such as Stella & Dot jewellery, Yumptious cupcakes, Elby homeware and Yours Sustainably fabulous fashion finds.
Charity Raffle
The raffle prizes have flooded in from the world of fashion, beauty, boutiques and truly fabulous places in Tunbridge Wells. So even if you’re not keen to give anything up from your wardrobe come along to this fab event to try to win one of the following fabulous prizes!

The evening to be held at Bar Code, 99-101 Mount Pleasant Road is organised by myself and Lynn and Jessica from Yours Sustainably, the online store selling ethically sourced fashion and home accessories from around the world.
The evening is in aid of the charity Women for Women, an international charity that works with socially excluded women in eight war torn countries. With your support the team hope to raise enough money to be able to enrol at least one woman in Women For Women’s one-year programme, where she will learn job skills and receive business training so she can earn a living and move from crisis and poverty to stability and self-sufficiency.
