Farfetch presents Le Mill – Bollywood Style

Previously we’ve featured FarFetch here at LadyM Presents as it is a fabulous way to shop for a great range of more than 2,500 fabulous designers and brands all in one place, from the comfort of your home, desk, kitchen, on the move – wherever!

Farfetch offer international boutiques in its network, that have been carefully selected for their unique view point on fashion and distinct product offering. Farfetch is a curator of fashion curators and now they are adding something else a little bit special with the arrival of their first Indian Boutique, Le Mill.

This year Farfetch continued its search to discover the best new independent boutique as part of its SUPERSTORE initiative. Now in its second year, the SUPERSTORE award was established to support the growth and creativity of independent boutiques, offering the winner the opportunity to promote their store to a global fashion audience through Farfetch.

This year’s winner, concept store Le Mill in Mumbai, was chosen by a panel of industry experts and Farfetch consumers. With boutiques in Europe and the US, Le Mill is the first Indian store to join Farfetch’s network. The offering from Le Mill is fabulous – whether it’s vibrant coloured cocoon trousers you are after, sleeveless fantastically printed dresses or beautiful jewellery – the collection at Le Mill is a fashionistas heaven.

To celebrate this new direction for the company they have created a Bollywood-inspired video and it is a fantastic idea showcasing perfectly what Le Mill has to offer.

Le Mill’s store in Wadi Bunder, Mumbai, was established in March 2011 by Cecilia Morelli Parikh, Julie Leymarie and Aurélie de Cort. Between them they have a wealth of experience in the luxury and retail sector.

In celebration of the win, Le Mill has worked closely with some of India’s emerging fashion designers to create a range of exclusive collections for Farfetch. Items will include designs from Sabyasachi, a selection of hand crafted white garments by Savio Jon, avante garde designs from jewellers En Inde and antique Indian jewellery sourced by Le Mill.
