Right so what’s VIPR all about?

VIPR stands for vitality, performance and reconditioning. The tool itself is a long rubber tube with varied grips, which makes it amazingly fun and versatile. Why does it work?

Loaded movement training with VIPR effectively challenges and conditions muscle, nerves, skin and many more of the systems of the body. Using this loading system will dramatically improve balance, agility, aid weight management, tone and much more!! (Plus it’s a giggle, a fun way to work out with some rubber tubing!)

The workouts never get dull as it can be used in so many different ways, there are thousands of moves!
