Anyone who knows me will know that I am obsessed with anything Parisian, anything to do with Paris as a city, as a lifestyle and of course for the fashion. Recently I stumbled across a bohemian luxe brand that translates Parisian-chic living into fabulous jewellery and accessories and I had to delve in a little deeper and know a little bit more.
Gachon Pothier have successfully created a collection of must-have pieces that like me covet, and have been featured in publications such as Elle, Prima and Paris Capitale. Their trendy home accessories are becoming rapidly famous and are now available worldwide. Gachon Pothier is brought to us by decorator Alexandrine Soudry and stylist Florence Binchet who have worked as a team, creating their own product lines with some of the most influential Parisian-based brands as well as designing a hotel in Morocco! Soudry and Binchet are all about designing beautiful pieces for your life and are always off on their next big adventure; sourcing pieces, gaining inspiration and working on fabulous projects.
Decorator Alexandrine fell in love with easy living and moved to Morocco ten years ago; entranced by its inspirational colours and culture. She began to develop products and textiles whilst there and began decorating hotels and homes in a bohemian-chic spirit. “It seemed that others enjoyed the linked worlds Parisian-chic with on-site, nomadic experiences. Then, I thought that my Parisian friends might enjoy the same… so I opened up a little corner of Morocco in the 10th arrondissement.”
Alexandrine filled the space with beautiful boucharouites, vintage Moroccan rugs, cushions and metal furniture that she designed herself.

Florence met Alexandrine through mutual friends at a time when they both wanted to re-build their own universe, in the home and through their accessories. Seems like an interiors match made in heaven! The pair realized that they had the exact same style with complimentary tastes – from their approach to life, to what they wore, to their understanding of décor and colours. Gachon Pothier was meant to be.

A homely home is always a welcome home and I just adore the Checkered Kilim Floor Cushion from Gachon Pothier.
An oversized floor cushion in reclaimed Kilim with a comfortable feather stuffing and a tonal tartan effect. It loos positively cosy and perfect for winter and will be the perfect aid to a relaxing sunday watching black and white movies when it’s snowing outside!
Already a favorite amongst trendsetting Parisians and we know charm bracelets are uber popular.
The gold-plated, handmade beaded bracelet is strung with variations of semi-precious stones. Wear as a bracelet or coil loosely around the neck as a long lariat.
