Anyone who's not prepared to spend at least 30 mins per item is not going to cut it! I have a similar project: Charity Shop Chic - a £10 budget each week to spend as I please. I' ve picked up a couple of pieces off ebay or from haberdasheries, but mainly from charity shops city-wide. My CSC project has been going a month now and have found some fantastic pieces. I also love that fact as well as being an ethical way to shop, you can find some really unusual and quirky stuff. Keep it going! You'll have the most amazing wardrobe by the end of it.
