As we head towards London Fashion Week, I have a schedule that is crazier than Russell Brand’s hair! Relaxation always needs to be pencilled in the diary for me and I rarely get time to relax. With the temperatures as cold as they have been, a nice warm bath is often needed, but rarely occurs.

Last week a package landed on my desk that radiated the most amazing aromas. A whiff of lavender and I was already starting to feel relaxed. When I opened up the package a black box greeted me, with the wording panier d’amour embossed on it. As I gently opened up the box, was greeted me was the key to relaxation. So after a long day and a fair few meetings, I ran a bath, lit the candle and allowed a magnificent scent to fill the room. I selected the lavender bath melt and watched it fizzle as it collided with the hot water. A luxurious bath evolved, fill with essential oils from the bath melt, flowers pressed with it it floated to the surface and I couldn’t wait to slip in and relax.
