Weekly Lust | Digital Print Dress
This time of year may be all about the Christmas party outfit, what to wear to New Year’s Eve and what your special Christmas Day outfit might be…. but I am already focusing on a fresh wardrobe for the office for 2014.
Since we spend so much of our lives in our workplace a fair proportion of our clothing spend goes on office outfits. As a lover of Mary Katrantzou and Peter Pilotto but without the bank balance to match. I’ve been searching for a digital print dress that is within my budget.
Digital prints come in all sorts of styles and designs and I’m not a lover of floral print. Which is why I am lusting this week over the Digital Floral Print Dress from Austin Reed.
It’s completely changed my mind about the floral print. This isn’t all dainty pretty floral design, no touch of retro or vintage feel. This is the digital floral print for 2014. I also am taken by the new sleeve length for the season and I know I can team this with a cropped leather biker jacket and ankle boots for a night out with the girls or wear a tailored jacket and hot pink heels for a boardroom look.
A striking and versatile piece and machine washable. Sounds good to me!
