LK Bennett Susan Floral Print Full Skirt | Weekly Lust
It’s been a while since I’ve posted a Weekly Lust piece. It’s not that I haven’t been lusting after anything or coveting special fashion pieces. To be honest, it’s been all about the house at the moment and the renovations and also nothing much inspires me when it’s still cold outside!
Now the weather is warming up, I’ve been inspired by what I have read in the May editions of the fashion magazines. I’m not fully ready to embrace SS15 pieces, but I am getting there. The clocks have changed, I just need the weather to improve before I bare my legs, shorten my sleeves or change to my light weight trench for the season.
This week’s weekly lust piece is the LK Bennett Susan Floral Print Full Skirt, that I spotted in Red magazine. Already sold out in the Popsicle colourway and the Jade version of the Aurora print is available but running low on numbers so get in quickly!
At £225 it is an investment piece but I can imagine wearing this throughout the season. With a lightweight pale pink cashmere knit and wide waist belt and ballerina flats. Then later in the summer with a bright turquoise long sleeved tee, similar to shown here. As a full, midi length skirt, it can work in the office, at lunch with the girls, on date night with the man, any event, this will be your key piece. I think it’s worth the investment.
Which piece from the SS15 collections are you coveting at the moment?
