Phase Eight Autumn Winter 15
Summer isn’t quite sure if it is with us yet, so this week I departed from our current season too and headed into the future. British High Street fashion favourite, Phase Eight, held their Autumn/Winter 15 press day at the Oui 2 Rooms on Great Titchfield Street, London. It was quite a blustery rainy day so I was rather enticed in by the AW15 collection.
Here a few snaps from the event; I used the Canon PowerShot N2 to take quick, easy photographs whilst mingling and browsing the rails.
Phase Eight Autumn Winter 15
Phase Eight have really done a great job with this collection. It felt refreshed, current yet edy, stylish and versatile. Their Collection 8 occasionwear now features stylish separates as well as their infamous glittering gowns. So going out doesn’t just have to be about a statement dress.
Try the Britt Fringe Jumpsuit or Sequin Bomber styled with skinny jeans for a smart look later in the year when we are getting festive. Well actually I could rock that bomber jacket right now!
The day wear was an eclectic mix of textures. Denim shirt dresses mixed with suede skirts. Rich wool belted coats and soft cashmere scares. The collection “blurs the distinctions between occasion and casual to offer a full wardrobe solution”. There was structured tailoring but then there was soft draping, whatever your mood and outfit to suit.
There are always some gorgeous dresses available at Phase Eight. I love their day dresses and the floral prints and bold colours. The floral Aurora Dress is just gorgeous for an early Autumn wedding whilst kimono dresses give a nod to the 70’s and the blue floral Nadia dress is perfect to wear from the office to the cocktail bar.
Phase Eight also took the opportunity to unveil their Studio 8 brand. Created exclusively for fashion forward women size 16 to 24 looking for premium and stylish clothing for all occasions. The brand encompasses exceptional quality, exclusive prints and flattering shapes with the aim to provide women with contemporary wardrobe pieces.
The Phase Eight AW15 collection will begin to make their way into stores and online in the next couple of months, with Studio 8 available online and in selected stores from July 2015.
