This week hails the start of London Fashion Week February 2012 – presenting the Autumn/Winter trends for 2012. We’ll be talking about fashion a lot this week, so we thought we’d let you know about a beauty event that is happening, just to keep our Beauty Ed and beauty readers happy!
Bourjois Boutique – London 16-20th February
Bourjois Paris is launching it’s first pop up boutique, in London, just as the masses flock in for Fashion Week. From the 16th to the 20th February 2012, Bourjois will be based at The Gallery above the chic Beach Blanket Babylon Restaurant in Shoreditch, London. If the fab “BBB” as we like to call it wasn’t enough of a reason to visit Shoreditch, then now the Bourjois Boutique is an added bonus, as it promises to be the ultimate fashion and beauty destination.
At the five day event consumers will be able to get a fabulous discount on an array of Bourjois’s best sellers, (up to 65% off retail prices), as well as there being limited edition products, exclusive to the event. As lovers of Bourjois makeup, we are very excited about the event and there will even be a team of professional makeup artists to groom guests to perfection. There are free one-to-one make up sessions using the latest trends as well as complimentary services including hair styling and nail art. What more could you want for looking fabulous whilst out and about in London? We’ll have to pop in before we head to the fashion shows at Somerset House!
As well as coinciding with London Fashion Week, what great timing huh? The Bourjois Boutique will play host to the filming of a new T4 programme, giving viewers the hottest news and behind the scenes action from London Fashion Week February 2012. Also at the event will be Fashion Illustrator Zarina Liew who will be giving away a personal sketch, check out her work below.
When we got the press release what drew us to the event, as well as it being a fabulous cosmetics brand hailing from one of our favourite cities, was the promise of something else a little bit French. There will be a daily delivery of fresh macaroons to enjoy whilst deciding what colour eyeshadow or nail shade you will choose or watching the catwalk footage of LFW shows. Macaroons are the way to the LadyM Presents team hearts, an event mixing cosmetics, fashion and macaroons – wow we’re in!
Make sure you take a trip to the Bourjois Boutique as they will be giving away hundreds of product goodie bags and exciting daily prizes. There will also be fashion collections to browse and buy from Never Fully Dressed.
