Founded in 2007 by Fiona McInroy, Damson Jewellery specialises in luxury-end handmade jewellery that can be tailored to the individual from some of Britain’s most innovative and exciting designer-makers.

Fiona sources jewellery that combines originality with fantastic workmanship creating a collection of covetable, contemporary pieces you’d never find on the high street. Everything is made in small quantities guaranteeing a unique piece and, upon special request, Damson can often adapt a piece just for you, adding a sprinkling of diamonds for example or making a ring in white gold instead of yellow gold.

After working in the media industry for over 20 years as a journalist for a range of leading national magazines and promoting selected brands as a PR Director, Fiona decided to put her power of seeding the most beautiful pieces in the fashion and beauty industry into practice- with her own online store. She had always loved jewellery and indeed spent ‘a large chunk’ of her first student grant instalment on a gold and moonstone ring, so creating Damson Jewellery seemed an obvious choice.

Fiona’s aim was, and still is today, to promote British design and craftsmanship from smaller manufacturers and designers at affordable prices, targeting customers looking for high quality, individual pieces with timeless appeal rather than mainstream branded products.
