Festival Hair with Wow Pamper Lounge

I posted a little while ago with a product rave about the extraordinary Curl Mi brush from Wow Pamper Lounge, which I’m still having a love affair with. Now the team are back with some easy suggestions for festival hair.

Festival Hair with Wow Pamper Lounge

The sky outside is a miserable grey, rain is pelting down, and we’ve all forgotten what the sun looks like. That can only mean one thing: it’s festival season! You’ve packed your Hunter wellies, your Barbour if that’s what you’re into (I’m a Barbour girl through and through), you’ve got a bag full of baby wipes, deodrant and sleep masks. The question is, what do you do with your hair?

Last year at Latitude, I attempted to go for four days without washing my hair. Yes, we had access to showers, but it was cold and rainy and I didn’t fancy queueing for ages. This was in the unenlightened days before I’d discovered James Foward’s awesome shiny dry shampoo, and I’d packed a can of Baptiste and hoped for the best. Thing is, I can use the stuff at a push in an emergency, but I didn’t fancy going for the best part of the weekend with a dry, talc-y head of hair, so I bundled it all up in a top knot and left it.

I’m going to propose you go one better and treat yourself to some goodies from Wow. If you enjoyed the ethereal, Romantic styles seen on the Valentino catwalks, you’ll love the pre-plaited headbands that you can just pop on and forget about. They retail at £5.99, come in blonde, brunette and dark brown, and are perfect for refining your look in seconds. Ideal for when access to mirrors and showers is limited!

Another easy look is to pick up a few beautiful floral clips, available in rose, pale pink, blue, grey and peach at £5.99 each, and pile them in your hair. Get creative, and have fun with them. The sun might be long gone from the good old British summer, but you can still feel summery with a few of these babies twirled up in your messy up do.

So go and check out the hair accessories range at Wow Pamper Lounge, and keep your fingers crossed that maybe, just maybe…the rain might stop!
