It’s not often you get invited to a private screening of a film. When you do, and it turns out to be one of your favourite all time movies then its even better. Throw in the offer of champagne, cupcakes and canapés and we are there.
Movie Night at the Millennium Mayfair Hotel
This week the Millennium Mayfair Hotel in Grosvenor Park, London invited an elite group of bloggers to attend a private screening of the classic film, “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”. So we hot-footed it up to London for our very own girls night in. LadyM and Mrs B met up after a hard day at the office for a glass of bubbles and a sugar rush from the cupcakes and enjoyed fabulous hospitality from the staff at the Millennium Hotel.
The lovely team at Greenlight and Millennium received us in the Waterloo Suite and with name badges on, it was easier to know who was how in the blogging world. It was lovely to finally meet Fleur from Diary of a Vintage Girl and we also chatted to May Chong a food blogger and also organiser of Ladies in Blogging a social connection group based in London.
After a good chat and a few canapés as well as general admiration for the Tiffany’s coloured cupcakes we settled down in exceedingly comfy chairs to watch the film.
The Millennium Hotel in Mayfair was a perfect setting for such a lovely girls night in. It’s a magnificent hotel with a sophisticated bar; function rooms and a glamorous lobby. I hope they hold some more film nights there. Cupcakes whilst watching a film and champagne – we won’t want to go to the local cinema again! It was a great experience.

That was a fun event and it was great to meet you.
