Vogue Festival 2012 – Fashions Finest

With Fashion Month over and London Fashion Week seeming a distant memory, our fashion diaries are looking a little empty. But there is one event that you don’t want to miss out on. Now there is a chance to join our merry-go-round, the fashion circus and be immersed into the world that we love. In April’s Vogue, it was announced, the opportunity to attend the Vogue Festival 2012 – a unique event where you can see and hear some of the biggest names in the fashion industry, including international designers, models, photographers, broadcasters and journalists. We cannot tell you how exciting this event is!

The festival, held in association with Vertu, takes place  April 20-21 at the Royal Geographical Society in central London, with individual tickets available for both morning and afternoon sessions. Each half-day ticket allows you to see the main talks and panel discussions, as well as a wide range of additional activities to really get you in that fashion vibe, including makeovers, photoshoots, trend talks and fashion films.

This event is going to be amazing, the numbers are strictly limited so make sure you visit voguefestival.co.uk to book your tickets now – £75 for a halfway of the most ultimate fashion .

On Friday 20th April the morning session is opened with Christopher Bailey, Chief Creative Officer at Burberry, in conversation with Vogue Editor Alexandra Shulman.  Followed by panel discussions with Matthew Williamson, Harrods Fashion and Beauty Director and Vogues’ Fashion Director.

Join the LadyM team at the afternoon session, with a talk by none other than  Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, of Dolce & Gabana. Followed by the panel discussion on “Does Fashion have an Age Limit” with Mary Portas, Laura Bailey and Lisa Armstrong. If that wasn’t enough then Stella McCartney will close the day – we have died and gone to fashion heaven.
