Crafty Christmas Decorations
Lights up: Christmas Light Covers
Materials:
- Cotton pad
- Fairy lights
- Glue
- Cone template

Wrap up a cotton pad around the cone template (you can make your own cone template from card). Glue the edges to form a single shape. Cut off the peak so it will fit over each fairy light. Slide it over, and then you are done! This is a simple way to add to the festive mood. Simple, elegant, these floral inspired lights can also be used to decorate any room throughout the year!
Sun Flowers!
Materials:
- Felt
- Scissors
- Glue
- A pen
Method:
Stencil out about 15 large, 11 medium and 7 small pentagons. Cut out a big circle to act as the base and two smaller circles to be used as the centre of the sun flower. Carefully fold the pentagons and glue as shown above. Carefully glue the petals equally around the big circle base. Repeat the process with the medium and smaller petals. To finish the final stages, we need to cut small incisions into the remaining felt circles and gather up the centre as shown above. Then glue into the centre to complete.
Let the cherries blossom !
